Meet the Founder
Dr. Jennie Ding
Hi, I'm Dr. Jennie Ding, founder of Kale Health Canada. As a Harvard-trained Canadian Board-certified physician with personal experience reversing prediabetes, my mission is to provide personalized metabolic and gut health solutions that empower individuals and communities to their best health.

I was shocked to learn I had pre-diabetes...
…even though no one else in my family has diabetes. I thought I was doing all the right things - exercising regularly, eating mostly whole foods and plant-based home cooked meals - but something was off. I felt tired all the time, my mood fluctuated randomly, and I had intense food cravings.
I was confused. So I dug into the science of blood sugar control and I created a lifestyle program to successfully control my blood sugar spikes! Since then, I have used the same strategies to help my clients to achieve their long term health goals and more.
My clients report more energy, less cravings, better sleep, mental clarify, weight control, and better function. Not to mention their lab results are 👍
